Louis Vuitton Mediterranean is currently seeking a driven and motivated candidate for the role of PR & Communications Advisor based in our Madrid Head Office!

The Advisor for PR & Communication department will be responsible for providing exceptional and elevated tasks in the areas of PR, Communications and Media and general office administration to the Mediterranean zone, with a special focus on Talent, Social Media & Comms.

Specific aspects of this role will include the following, but not limited to:

TALENT RELATIONS

* Support the execution of influencer and celebrity activations, including press shoots, product placements, events, and talent dressings.
* Coordinate showroom sample loans and returns, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting (experience with Launchmetrics is a plus).
* Assist in maintaining relationships with talent agencies, stylists, and key industry contacts.
* Provide on-site support during events and activations as needed.SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

* Monitor and follow up on established social media KPIs to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
* Tracking of influencer collaborations and digital placements.PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING

* Analise the performance and impact of the established strategies and activations, utilising tools such as Lefty and Talkwalker.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future initiatives.

Perfil

What we are looking for :

A degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital or PR/media
A previous first experience in a similar role
Desirable knowledge of video editing programs and/or digital animations,
Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, organizational skills
Attention to detail, organized and the capacity to thrive under pressure
Great people skills, capacity to effectively interact with various stakeholders
Strong interest for the brand & the luxury sector
Previous experience in a Media Agency highly desired
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English & Spanish

Conditions :
Eligible to sign a "contrato de practicas" for 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
Should have obtained and official Bachelor or Master's degree in the past 3 years from the moment of hiring
