Job Description

You are joining our Research & Strategy team at AEW, which is looking for a Analyst for a 6 month internship from February 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Production of syntheses, presentation support, analyses and prospective studies;
* Analysis of new investment or financing opportunities, in close collaboration with the investment teams;
* Research of information and market analysis within the framework of the development of new investment strategies;
* Participation in reflections on study and research themes, and contribution to the research and foresight work carried out by the team;
* Documentary watch on developments in the real estate industry: regulation, innovations, mapping of actors, search for new data sources;
* Statistical analyses from our internal and external databases, implementation of datavisualization/GIS tools;
* Participation in organizing webinars and events.
