Job Description:

Our International Training & Development Department at Rituals plays a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our global workforce. We design and deliver impactful training programmes that support our people worldwide and bring our brand values to life.
We work closely with local training teams across regions to tailor learning solutions to local needs, while always staying aligned with Rituals' global strategy and culture.
Are you currently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) and passionate about developing talent through training? Then we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
* Support and help coordinate projects, events, video shoots, and translations
* Assist in the creation, updating, and coordination of learning content and materials
* Prepare the International Training & Development Newsflash based on team input
* Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can learn, contribute ideas, and support a growing international business

Qualifications:

The internship is located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for an intern for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of September 2026 for 6 months.
Qualifications
* Education: Learning & Development, HR, or a related field *Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the entire duration of the internship.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* You are pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented
* You have an interest in learning & development
* Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
