Your Task

This position is for a Training and Development trainee at a multinational company. You will be part of a fast and enthusiastic team, supporting the daily operations of the Training & Development department.

Responsibilities

* Support HR projects
* Organize and administer training programs
* Contribute to the HR Development team
* Manage databases
* Prepare statements and reports
* Provide administrative support for HR processes
* Occasionally support the recruitment process

Your Profile

We are looking for a Training and Development trainee to support the HR team of a multinational company. The ideal candidate should be a current student with strong computer skills and English language proficiency.

Must Have Skills

* Ongoing postgraduate studies
* Minimum of one more year of student status
* User-level computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong intermediate level of English
* Ability to work at least 20-25 hours per week
