Your Task
This HR Services role involves supporting daily administrative tasks as part of the HR Services team, including active participation in the handover and receipt of documents and assistance during the opening of HR Services in Budapest.
Responsibilities
* Support daily administrative tasks as part of the HR Services team: preparation of reports, archiving, collection of employee documents, registration - electronic and paper
* Obtain signatures of rightholders for contracts and certificates, and track these documents
* Actively participate in the handover and receipt of documents and provide assistance at the time of opening of HR Services in Budapest
* Contact in person and by email, electronically with employees and colleagues, and handle complaints
* Prepare employer certificates
* Perform full archiving tasks
* Prepare and issue job descriptions
* Maintain records, manage documents, and handle mailings
* Record medical aptitude tests
* Perform tasks at an increasingly higher level depending on apprenticeship: e.g. participate in meetings with external partners, handle physical entries, and record new entrants
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern with ongoing post-graduate studies in HR, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic HR Services environment.
Must Have Skills
* Ongoing post-graduate studies in HR for at least 1 more year
* Full-time active or passive student status under 25 years old
* Intermediate level of English
* Ability to work at least 25 hours per week
* Knowledge of the MS Office suite
* Proactivity
* Ability to work independently
* Availability for office work on Mondays and Wednesdays
