* Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
* Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job specifications and required skills.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing interview questions and candidate profiles..
* Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company's website.
* Participate in candidate interviews (if applicable), and take notes for follow-up discussions.
* Help maintain an up-to-date candidate database, track candidate progress, and assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.
* Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
* Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field)
* Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn and other job boards is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
