Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER We are looking for an engaged and passionate WW Omnichannel Operations Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES: Supporting boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities) Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders Qualification REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor/Master's Degree Fluent in English Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude Curiosity and proactivity Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus YOUR FUTURE EXPERIENCE WITH US: An extraordinary internship journey: activities, events and experiences designed to support your personal and professional growth and help you become part of our community; Our Career Start Program: exclusive learning opportunities and dedicated support from your team throughout your development; Monthly internship allowance of EUR800; Free access to the company canteen or meal vouchers.
