The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.

#ELC E2E Assistant

The E2E Assistant acts as a relay between customers, sales team and brand team ensuring perfect implementation of sales strategy focusing on launches and promo execution of each category/brand.

Key Performance Areas

* Data Science: monitoring sales KPI's [focus lanches / promo] and creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
* Materials operation management: Sales materials creation [i.e book canvass, multibrand presentations]
* Support in communication and coordination of the sales force
* Support in managing the execution of marketing plans [short terms/ delivery]

Requirements

* Degree in Economics and/or related fields
* At least 6 months of experience in the sector
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent analytical skills
* Positive attitude and proactivity
* Flexibility and problemsolving skills
* Fluent spoken and written English
