The HR Student provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, contributing to core HR processes, internal communications, and employee experience initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and internal.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the Human Resources department. You will work closely with our team to perform hiring, assembling physical and digital files, support in the organization of internal events and personnel management, among other activities related to the area.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree program (Administration, Psychology, or a related field)
* Availability to work part-time at Lenovo in the mornings: (hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office in the Santa Fe, Alvaro Obregon, 2 days working from home)
* Intermediate to advanced English skills
* Organizational skills
* Commitment and a strong desire to learn
