Intern (Production)

Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Production Interns to learn and support end-to-end pharmaceutical production operations, including dispensing, manufacturing, filling and packaging of products, while gaining hands-on experience in a regulated GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Learn and support in the entire production process, including dispensing, manufacturing, filling and packaging of pharmaceutical products
* Understand, observe and support the production activities as per the production plan
* Learn the quality system in the production department and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety, Regulatory and all applicable standards and policies
* To follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in manufacturing and packing area
* Support in the implementation of the departmental objectives and projects
* To understand the performance of the production processes including the KPIs
* Supporting the production team that all tasks are completed efficiently

Education, Experience & Skills
* Pharm D or Bachelor of Sciences (or equivalent relevant degree).
* Strong motivation to understand and gain experience in pharmaceutical processes and operations.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Strong team collaboration mindset.
* Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Agile learner, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic production environment.
