The opportunity

As an Office Infrastructure Support Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience keeping modern office technology running smoothly. This role offers exposure to real workplace IT environments, conference room technologies, and infrastructure processes. You'll work closely with experienced teams, learn practical technical skills, and support the tools that enable collaboration every day. If you're curious about technology and enjoy solving problems, this internship is a great place to start.

How you'll make an impact

* Coordinate purchasing and ordering of electronic and IT equipment
* Support maintenance of conference room equipment
* Coordinate inspections, repairs, and fixes of audio-visual and non-standard technical devices
* Assist with installations and rollouts of new technical solutions
* Provide 1st-level technical support for non-standard office devices
* Support internal meetings and conferences by preparing and troubleshooting AV equipment
* Maintain and update technical documentation, databases, and data sheets
* Participate in asset disposal processes and handle ad-hoc infrastructure-related tasks

Your background

* Currently enrolled university student graduating in 2027 or later
* Basic technical understanding of IT, electronic, or audio-visual equipment
* Ability to work with databases, documentation, and data updates accurately
* Good organizational skills and willingness to support multiple tasks in parallel
* Strong communication skills, English proficiency at a B2+ level
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Availability to work on-site, in our Kraków Office on Pawia Street
