Job Title
People Function Intern
Job Description
As the Intern in People Function department will support People Partners in their daily work by providing operational and analytical support across key HR processes. The role includes analyzing HR data, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating routine activities, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Intern will also participate in team meetings, share ideas, and continuously develop knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
Your Role:
* Support People Partners in daily activities, contributing to smooth HR operations and employee-related processes.
* Analyze HR data (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, survey results) to identify key patterns and provide actionable insights.
* Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder communication.
* Create presentations and materials for HR meetings, reviews, and ongoing initiatives.
* Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
* Assist with routine operational and administrative tasks, working independently within established guidelines.
* Participate in team meetings by contributing ideas, capturing clear and accurate minutes, and sharing observations.
* Organize and maintain departmental documentation to improve efficiency, structure, and compliance.
* Stay updated on industry developments and build technical and professional HR skills.
You're the right fit if:
* You are a student with at least two years of studies completed.
* You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working with data.
* You are well-organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with various stakeholders.
* You are available to work at least 30 hours per week.
* You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* (Optional) Knowledge of Dutch, Danish, French, Swedish, or Finnish is an asset.
