General Summary:

Job Function
Summer Placement aimed at looking at the possible solution to reduce the deep sleep current and/or reduce the external component count in our future products. We are looking for a creative and self-motived intern to work in our Cambridge office with our PMU team on a new project. The project will involve understanding the needs of reducing the deep sleep current and/or reducing the external component count in the analog blocks, come up with the idea for the system level solution and come up with the architecture for the blocks. Time permitting, we will design these blocks and prove them in a test-chip in a deep sub-micron process so that they can be used in our upcoming projects. The applicant should have basic design skills in the CMOS process and strong background on device physics and CMOS technology.

Strong background in Device physics and CMOS technology.

Responsibilities
This is for a summer placement of fix duration. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a senior member of staff. The candidate is expected to complete and document the tasks so that the designs can be reused in our future products.
