About the team The Safety Model Operations (SMO) team is responsible for providing safety data annotation services. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Support labeling projects and uphold efficiency and quality by preparing and monitoring key project metrics 2. Skillfully use business platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the progress of the project in time to ensure the successful delivery of the project; 3. Provide regular project updates and improve the overall project experience in our business domain 4. Assist the team to analyse project data to facilitate data driven decisions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Actively enrolled university students who can commit to the role for at least 3 months and above ideally with a minimum of 3 working days per week (at least 2 days must be consecutive). 2. Ability to quickly understand and grasp business knowledge and model training processes. 3. Strong communication and written skills in English. 4. Good data analysis and project management skills. 5. Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; is able to work in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment. 6. Be proactive and responsible in process optimization for effective management. Preferred Qualifications 1. Solid interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends. 2. Solid interest in project management and a keen eye for emerging social trends.
