Job Description

Responsibilities

* Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives

* Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability related data and support external audits on supply chain data

* Assist in calling tenders / quotations for IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories

* Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors for tender invitations and onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information where required

* Assist in the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors

* Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System

* Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Detail-oriented, sensitive with numbers, and strong analytical skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrates a willingness to learn and proactively complete assigned tasks
