Project Title

Enabling research talent development in Singapore?s research ecosystem and beyond

Project Description

* The intern will join a multistakeholder team within AIR (A*STAR Graduate Academy, International Partnership Office and Research Office) to support the planning and
* execution of national and institutional level research strategies.
* This internship will provide exposure to several aspects of research talent management and administration in Singapore?s research ecosystem and beyond, including how strategic planning translates into real world execution.
* The candidate will focus on designing and developing a organisation wide data driven monitoring system for research talents at A*STAR. The candidate will have opportunities to support activities planned under the National Talent Recruitment Workgroup (NTRWG)

Requirements

* Experience with digital dashboards for monitoring and tracking (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a must.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with research bibliometrics data and events planning is a plus
* Interest in understanding research ecosystem and research communication
* Soft skills: Motivated, openness to learn and collaborate, good communicator, detail-oriented
