Project Title: NAND High-Aspect-Ratio Pillar Module Inline Health Defense Line & AI-Driven Process Window Optimization.
Project Description:
Support senior process integration engineers in building and maintaining an inline health monitoring system. Through close mentorship and hands-on learning, the intern will:
oAssist in extracting and organizing relevant inline metrics, targets, and specifications, and help build visualizations to support process health monitoring
oShadow and support senior engineers in reviewing process data
oExplore and experiment with Micron-qualified AI tools under supervision, contributing ideas on how to assist in automating parts of the inline health monitoring workflow
Project Scope:
oSupport senior engineers in maintaining the pillar module inline health monitoring system
oAssist in extracting and validating inline metrics for process health tracking under guidance from senior engineers
oLearn and contribute to exploratory work on Micron-qualified AI tools for drift detection and process window optimization
*Deliverables:
oContribute to inline health monitoring system, including data extraction support, visualization, and alerting features as part of a team effort
oSupport a proof-of-concept AI integration exercise for automated inline monitoring or process optimization, with senior engineer oversight
*Impact of Project:
oGaining real-world exposure to semiconductor process integration, contributing meaningfully to enhanced inline process control and faster excursion response
*Skillset Require:
oProblem-solving mindset with data analysis capability (statistics, visualization, large datasets)
oGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
*Course of interests: Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent
*Duration Period: min 5 months (Semester Internship from July 2026 to Nov 2026)
