We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) - Build and enhance the broadcaster operation platform capabilities for LIVE scenarios, including but not limited to broadcaster center, performance review and diagnosis, fan engagement, promotion tools, and content optimization. Diagnose business status, identify critical pain points, and develop differentiated solutions. - Deeply understand regional operational needs, analyze the full lifecycle of broadcasters from both B-side (MCN/agency) and platform perspectives as well as C-side broadcaster perspective, explore new opportunities for operational capabilities, and own end-to-end delivery of features from ideation, design, development, testing, launch to performance measurement. - Establish sound data metrics, continuously monitor and optimize the efficiency and logic of functional modules, and drive ongoing product innovation and business iteration. - Collaborate with or lead the development of broadcaster supply growth strategies and product solutions for global operations. - Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, algorithm, operations and design to independently manage full project cycles, drive the implementation of platform product capabilities, conduct global training, and oversee adoption and promotion
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks with 4 days onsite during Spring 2026 - Preliminary understanding of TikTok's business ecosystem, especially in the areas of user feedback. - Basic data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from user feedback. - Strong sense of responsibility to drive the launch of new features, ensuring a smooth experience for users and business units. Preferred Qualifications - Able to commit continue to work onsite during Summer 2026 - Some experience in optimizing development and business collaboration processes. - Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling diverse requirements and feedback from multiple business units.
