We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Assist in monthly recruitment data and reports for SG and Southeast Asia region.
* Assist in hiring of interns, planning and coordinating Internship Engagement Activities.
* Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and preparation are completed.
* Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information in Workday.
* Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
* HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and assisting with implementation in analyse data and creating powerpoint.
* Learning and Development: Support the planning, coordination and facilitate of training programs and development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in human resource
* flexible to travel between 2 offices (Nexus and Gul)
* Able to take up 6 months full-time internship from Jun to Dec 2026.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and logical thinking
* experience in data analysis
* Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
