HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the HRIS Learning Intern, you will be in charge of:
* Collaborate with the HR Learning team on their L&D deployment initiatives by working on organizing their content in the Learning Management System and designing the corresponding program pages.
* Partner with the HR Learning team and HRIS Talent to support L&D Administrators by providing all Analytics reports according to their needs.
* Support Maisons, Regions, Functions and the HR L&D teams on the technical usage of the tools, mainly coordinating and working with the team on the resolution of support tickets.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
* You are an excellent communicator, and you are rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative, and a good team spirit.
* Moreover, you are organized and love to be challenged to solve problems. You are client oriented and open-minded, and like to connect the dots between different tools using API's. You are motivated to be a key player in making the workplace environment better for everyone and to contribute positively to the sense of purpose at work.
* You have knowledge on html5, CSS and Javascript.
* You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
