Job Description

* During your internship you will support the automation and digitalization of manual business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools.
* You will analyze existing workflows and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
* Furthermore, you will develop and maintain automated workflows, approvals, and process solutions.
* You will collaborate with international and mainly English-speaking teams and stakeholders.
* Supporting process documentation, transparency, and continuous improvement initiatives also falls within your area of responsibility.
* Additionally, you will contribute ideas for innovative low-code/no-code automation solutions.
* You will assist in integrating and improving digital collaboration and reporting processes.
* Optionally you will support automation topics using n8n and process modeling/optimization with SAP Signavio

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge: first practical experience or strong interest in process automation and digitalization; basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; understanding of workflows, process optimization, and automation concepts; experience with n8n and/or SAP Signavio is a plus; knowledge of SAP SAC, Microsoft Power BI or low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial
* Personality and Working Practice: you excel at combining a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to translate business needs into efficient, automated solutions, while using strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both your team and customers
* Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
* Enthusiasm: for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement; motivation to create efficient and user-friendly solutions; curiosity to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working
* Languages: good in English
