Job Description

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
* Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports to support business operations and management decision-making.
* Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple data sources (SharePoint Lists, Excel, SQL databases, ServiceNow, ITFM systems).
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, data visualization requirements, and insight-driven reports for IT and operational excellence initiatives.
2. Low-Code / No-Code Development
* Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio); OutSystems, n8n, or similar tools.
* Automate business processes through custom workflows, data connectors, and integration with APIs and third-party systems.
* Implement security, governance, and performance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
* Maintain and continuously improve existing applications and dashboards to ensure reliability and user satisfaction

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

Required
* 3rd / 4th student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence concepts.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, report and dashboard creation, and DAX measures, with an understanding of data relationships and visualization best practices.
* Basic experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
* Basic understanding of SQL and data transformation concepts.
* Analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
* Passionate about digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in English
Preferred
* Microsoft Certifications (PL-300, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.
* Familiarity with APIs, Python, or automation tools (academic or personal projects).
* Exposure to with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL processes.
* Experience with Power BI Services (workspaces, gateways, dataflows).
* Awareness of ETL and data governance.
* Knowledge of Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage
