DURATION: 6 months
REPORT TO: R&D Product Development Manager
FUNCTION: Research Development Quality - RDQ
WORKING TIME: 8:00 - 16:00, Monday - Friday (shuttle bus provided)
WORKING LOCATION: Mondelez Binh Duong Plant - VSIP 1
JOB SUMMARY: Mooncake Project

1. What you will bring:
* Prototype development in lab/pilot: preparing ingredients - sample making.
* Set up sensory roundtable test: set up meeting - prepare tasting sample - tasting summarize/report.
* Conduct Shelf-life test: sample storing condition.
* Working with suppliers: ingredient ordering, explore new ingredients/ methods.
* Support team in other projects as needed.

2. Job specific requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Food Chemistry/Technology for relevant majors.
* Good command of English.
