Your role as a P&G LEAD GEN - HR Analytics Intern
* Design and execute end-to-end analytic and digital transformation projects, using tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI and internal HR systems.
* Build interactive digital reports and visualizations
* Collaborate on engagement projects

Job Qualifications
* Undergraduates that can work full-time from Jan 2026
* Intermediate skills in automation tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Power Automate).
* Knowledge of data analytics (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to interpret and visualize HR metrics.
* Creative and open mindset with a flair for designing engaging campaigns.
* Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and drive innovation and business growth
* Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
