A Day in the Life
Based in our Clichy office, you will join the Europe Zone multi-division team as a Data-Driven Experiences Apprentice. In this role, your core focus will be to leverage data to understand and enhance the consumer experience across our brands. You will be at the crossroads of data, technology, and business, with a strong emphasis on analytical execution.

Your responsibilities will be:
* Consumer Data Analysis and Reporting: You will perform in-depth analysis of consumer data from across Europe, transforming raw numbers into clear KPI reports and dashboards that guide strategic decisions.
* Campaign Success Measurement: You will be responsible for measuring the performance of our campaigns by consolidating and analyzing data against predefined scorecards to determine their true impact.
* Data-Driven Market Acceleration: You will support the growth of mid-size countries by analyzing data to identify acquisition targets and contributing to the successful roll-out of data-driven use cases.
* Transversal Project Leadership: You will take a leading role in key cross-functional projects, such as the data anonymization taskforce, where you will coordinate with diverse teams including legal, IT, brands, and various divisions to drive the project to completion.

We Are Looking For
We are searching for a technically-minded individual who is eager to solve problems using data. You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
* Strong Analytical & Technical Skills: High proficiency in analyzing complex datasets is required. Proficiency in SQL is highly desired, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or a scripting language (Python, R) is a major plus.
* Data Storytelling: You can translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: You have a natural curiosity and a structured approach to solving problems, with a keen eye for detail.
* Collaborative Spirit: You work effectively in a team environment and can manage interactions with various expert functions like IT and Legal.
* Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English, as you will be working in a diverse, international team.
