The Human Resources Department at Moët Hennessy Corporate is looking for a Junior HR Analyst to support HR Controlling and Compensation Review Process.
Education and Professional Experience: Holder of a master's degree in human resources or financial Controlling with proven successful internship or apprenticeship experience. Qualifications: You are meticulous and conscientious, known for your adaptability and commitment. You have a service-oriented mindset and team spirit, with an ability to communicate not only with your team but also with company managers or team members. You are discreet with a sense of confidentiality. You are very comfortable using and leveraging HRIS Payroll systems and query tools. You have a good understanding of social legislation and payroll rules. You speak a professional English. You have very good command of office tools especially Excel and SuccessFactors
