About the job
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Attraction Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Beyond recruitment operations, you will partner with the Talent & Learning Manager, contributing to key strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and talent reviews.
In this role you will report to the Talent & Learning Manager, working closely together with HR Business Partners, Rewards & Learning colleagues. You stay connected with counterparts in the Netherlands and for both of our factories in Belgium.
Your key responsibilities include:
End-to-End Recruitment
* Manage the full recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring journey
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
* Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages
Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
* Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and hiring managers
* Act as a strategic partner, providing expertise and guidance on talent acquisition trends and best practices
Data, Reporting & Accuracy
* Maintain high standards of data integrity within recruitment systems
* Deliver accurate and insightful reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs
* Use data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes
Projects & Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to and drive HR initiatives related to:
*
* Recruitment process optimization
* Reporting and analytics improvements
* Onboarding experience enhancement
* Employer branding initiatives
Strategic HR Support
* Support the Talent & Learning Manager in succession planning and talent reviews
* Actively contribute to broader talent and learning strategies
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or FMCG environment
* Strong experience in stakeholder management and business partnering
* Skilled in pro-active sourcing techniques and talent mapping
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to data accuracy and reporting
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Strong communication skills with an inclusive, candidate-focused mindset
* Experience contributing to or driving HR projects and process improvements is a plus
