Junior Communication Specialist (fixed-term contract until 31st of December 2027)

Full-time, Location: Bulgaria, Sofia, hybrid

An Junior Communication Specialist supports the development and execution of internal and/or external communication strategies. The role focuses on creating content, maintaining communication channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Communication Specialist will include (but not limited to):

Internal Communication:

* Adapt and develop content to support internal communication activities, including announcements and employee engagement materials

* Collaborate with external agencies to support the development and implementation of communication plans and campaigns

* Create and edit content for multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, social media, and websites, in line with established guidelines

* Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication materials

* Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, business functions) to align communication efforts

External Communication:

* Support the organization and coordination of events, webinars, and communication initiatives

* Monitor and manage social media platforms, including audience engagement

* Track and analyze communication performance metrics (e.g., open rates, engagement), based on data provided by external tools and sources

We are looking for a Junior Communication Specialist with the following profile:

* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English

* Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience (previous internship or project experience in communications, marketing, or related fields)

* Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

* Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
