The role coordinates key planning cycles (IGP, ABP, LE), ensures forecast integrity and scenario governance, and delivers transparent variance bridges (PPV/EGOL, usage/mix, conversion, absorption and cost-to-serve) to support S&OP, pricing, profitability and performance management. In parallel, the role safeguards data integrity, supports timely month-end close and external reporting readiness for costing-related areas (e.g., inventory valuation impacts, accruals and revaluations), and executes and evidence corporate control frameworks (e.g., ICFW/SOX). Acting as the finance reference point for QSCP stakeholders, this position drives cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, CS&L, Demand Planning, Commercial Finance and Shared Services, while strengthening standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
Lead financial planning and controlling activities for QSCP manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, compliance, and process efficiency while driving strategic alignment and supporting decision-making through robust analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

* Lead Standard Cost governance and master-data quality (BOM/routing integrity, cost component structures, valuation classes) and drive root-cause resolution with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
* Own end-to-end integrity of financial data flows from local ledgers/operational inputs through corporate reporting layers used for external reporting, including mapping/alignment, interface break resolution and reconciliation of local-to-corporate view.
* Lead month-end close activities for costing-related areas: inventory valuation impacts, standard cost revaluations, accruals and key reconciliations, ensuring high-quality cut-offs and journals aligned to external reporting timelines.
* Ensure compliance with relevant internal controls and corporate frameworks (ICFW/SOX): execute, evidence and remediate controls related to standard cost processes, data integrity checks and close activities; maintain test scripts and change logs where applicable.
* Lead variance deep dives for structural/recurring issues (scrap, yields, absorption, productivity, freight and FX), facilitating action plans and tracking delivery to closure.
* Lead audit readiness for QSCP costing topics (PBCs, walkthroughs, sampling support, Profitability), providing timely, complete documentation and driving sustainable fixes to findings.
* Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end processes (standard work, automation, harmonised methodologies) in partnership with GCC/Shared Services and local teams.
