As an Interior Product Planning Engineer, you will ensure the seamless coordination, availability, and delivery of prototype and development parts throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.

Working across Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Build, and Supplier teams, you will manage parts procurement, shipment tracking, build readiness, and prototype support activities, ensuring programs stay on schedule and engineers have the resources they need to deliver successfully.

Where you'll make an impact

* Manage prototype and development parts ordering activities.

* Track parts availability and ensure on-time delivery to support program milestones.

* Coordinate shipments, logistics, and supplier deliveries.

* Support engineers with procurement and sourcing of prototype components.

* Coordinate 3D printing and rapid prototyping requests.

* Ensure parts readiness for prototype builds and testing activities.

* Monitor and report parts status, risks, and shortages.

* Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.

* Support vehicle build events and prototype assembly activities.

* Maintain accurate parts tracking and inventory records.

What are your core components

* Experience in prototype planning, logistics, supply chain, or automotive development support.

* Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

* Experience managing parts orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.

* Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced development environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Experience working with ERP, PLM, or parts tracking systems.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.

* Understanding of automotive product development and prototype build processes.

* Experience supporting vehicle builds, prototype programs, or engineering teams is a plus.

Salary range: EUR37 500 - EUR57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
