Position Summary

To effectively drive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize all waste and complexities in the O2C flow for Out of Nutrition Customers (Hospitals, Pharmacies and Nutrition Wholesalers for Infant Nutrition and Nestle Health Science Businesses).

A day in the life…

* Manage and resolve order management exceptions across demand capture, order validation, and fulfilment processes, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.

* Serve as the main contact for customers regarding order issues, stock shortages, delivery challenges, transportation constraints, and logistics-related exceptions, driving timely resolutions.

* Coordinate and manage returns and refusals, including request processing, root cause analysis, documentation review, customer communication, and corrective actions.

* Provide end-to-end visibility of order status to customers and internal stakeholders, proactively monitoring open orders, managing exceptions, and escalating issues when required.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve master data, pricing, billing, and process-related issues, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Are you a fit?

* Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain

* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar

* Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP/CRM tools

* Native in Spanish

* Minimum a B2 in English
