Location Overview
Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Assistant who is eager to develop within a luxury hospitality environment to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this trainee position offers hands-on experience within the reservations department, supporting daily operations and gaining exposure to guest communication, booking processes and pre-arrival coordination. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow within Aman.

Responsibilities
* Assist in managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all bookings.
* Handle guest inquiries via telephone, email and online platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide detailed information about the resort, accommodation, services and experiences.
* Ensure all reservations are correctly entered and updated in Opera PMS or Fidelio.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Monitor availability, rates and booking trends to support revenue optimisation.
* Maintain accurate guest records and profiles in line with Aman standards.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements prior to arrival.
* Uphold Aman's standards of communication, professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or luxury environment.
* Proficiency in Opera PMS or Fidelio and Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in written and verbal Greek and English.
* Additional languages are considered an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, guest-focused and adaptable mindset aligned with Aman values.
* You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
