In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Professionals to join our Deals & Strategy, Business Restructuring Services team in Athens.
* Assist in the preparation and execution of transaction related projects, from initial analysis of information to transaction strategy development and execution
* Participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities, including providing assistance in the preparation of pitches and presentations
* Analyze complex financial information
* Facilitate internal and external team and client meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contact
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance performance and drive innovation

What you bring matters
* Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university relevant to any of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting concepts, audits, valuation techniques, or other relevant areas
* A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts) and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas
* Having initiated a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) would be highly appreciated
* Familiarity with advanced data analysis and visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Power Tools, Alteryx) and Advanced excel skills will be highly regarded
* Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
* Problem solving skills and a genuine passion about financial analysis and data analytics
* Confident and positive, "can do" attitude
* Commitment to providing quality work and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
* Self-motivated and driven individuals, with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest in their own personal upskilling and professional development
* Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
