* Strategic and operational leadership of global procurement
* Supplier evaluation, development, and sourcing
* Supplier pool management and market monitoring
* Leadership of procurement staff
* Ensuring compliance with budgeted material prices
* Report on material prices and market trends
* Enforcement of procurement guidelines
* Collaboration with lead buyers
* Support of sales with market data
* Driving VA / VE activities
* Compliance with environmental and quality policies
* Supplier audits and long-term partnerships
* Independent negotiation and conclusion of contracts

* University / University of Applied Sciences degree
* Leadership experience and strong social skills with electronic background
* Presentation, moderation, and negotiation skills
* Automotive industry experience
* Technical background with business education
* Fluent business English
* High resilience and assertiveness
* Flexibility and teamwork

* Strategic and conceptual thinking
* Willingness to travel up to 40%
