At KONE, we're looking for a Service Supervisor to lead our field service team, ensuring we deliver safe, reliable and high-quality maintenance services to our customers every day.

You'll play a key role in leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational, safety and financial targets are consistently achieved.

What you'll be doing

* Leading, coaching and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians to deliver outstanding service and performance.

* Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring service commitments are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

* Driving a strong safety culture through field presence, audits and compliance with KONE and industry standards.

* Managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring maintenance schedules, response times and operational KPIs are achieved.

* Supporting business growth by identifying repair opportunities, improving customer retention and contributing to service sales.

What we're looking for:

* Experience leading or supervising operational or field-based teams.

* A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

* Commercial awareness with an understanding of operational performance, costs and service delivery.

* A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and developing people.
