Bulgari S.p.A., within the Pricing & Business Controlling department based in Rome, is looking for an IT Business Analyst Finance & Administration to contribute to the continuous evolution of Finance & Administration digital ecosystems supporting Bulgari's business excellence.

At the crossroads of Finance, Controlling and IT, the role supports the adoption, governance and enhancement of corporate applications, helping safeguard data integrity, strengthen financial processes and sustain operational excellence, while contributing to innovation initiatives that support Bulgari's pursuit of performance, precision and long-term value creation.
Competencies * University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar disciplines * 1 year of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT Finance or Business Analysis roles * Basic understanding of Finance and Administration processes * Knowledge of IT applications (Microsoft Office, SAP, Procurement and T&E tools, etc.) * Familiarity with budgeting, reporting and data analysis techniques * Fluency in English and Italian (oral and written) Soft Skills * Analytical mindset and attention to detail * Business awareness and willingness to learn Finance & IT processes * Excellence orientation and proactive attitude * Organizational and coordination skills * Teamwork and collaboration in cross-functional environments * Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
