PwC Luxembourg is hiring an Employee Administration Specialist CDD 13 months (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: As our future Employee Administration Specialist, you will be part of our Human Resources department. Your main mission will be to manage all administrative tasks related to our employees. You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth administrative process for all future and current employees.
Be a part of our team where you will:
* Be in charge of the preparation, review and follow-up of all documents related to the employee lifecycle (Employment contracts, addendums, certificates, absences, exits etc.);
* Ensure compliance with Labor and Social security laws as well as PwC's policies;
* Manage absences (maternity leave, parental leave, extra-holiday buying, career break etc.);
* Be responsible for the input and maintenance of employee data in all HR systems;
* Act as subject matter expert on Social security, labor and tax law, immigration, internal policies and answer to employee and employer queries;
* Prepare and deliver information sessions on any HR administration related topics.

* Have a bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field;
* Have knowledge of Luxembourg tax, social security and labor law;
* Are familiar with HR policies and procedures;
* Have 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
* Have excellent communication skills and are able to manage different stakeholders whether they are internal or external;
* Are recognized for your rigorous work and your organization skills;
* Are fluent in English; French and/or German will be considered an asset;
