Crew Production Shift Leader. Administration of safety systems and incident analysis (SEWOS). Management and analysis to comply with Corporate Quality Standards. Assurance of production programs through a reliable, robust, and efficient process. Assurance of a robust data collection system to identify the highest possible percentage of loss. Promoter and supporter of people development through involvement in the SPW system. Operate in an environmentally responsible manner. Promoting projects and their development through SPW methods and tools.
Technical knowledge on automation and controls, good communication skills, leadership abilities, a focus on safety compliance, ability to conduct and address current and future productions needs to effectively manage a crew team and ensure facility upkeep with next specific functions:
Ensure the administration of safety in the Body Shop area by promoting employee training, conducting safety walkthroughs, and closing out abnormalities.
Technical knowledge on automation and controls, good communication skills, leadership abilities, a focus on safety compliance, ability to conduct and address current and future productions needs to effectively manage a crew team and ensure facility upkeep with next specific functions:
Ensure the administration of safety in the Body Shop area by promoting employee training, conducting safety walkthroughs, and closing out abnormalities.
Establish and promote safety standards. Incident analyst using the SEWO HTA tool. Promote the elimination of unsafe acts.
Manage risk analysis in the area, including stratification and closure. Develop actions to improve workstations.
Ensure a robust data collection system capable of detecting the highest possible amount of loss, enabling project assignment to employees to reduce waste and improve transformation cost
Measure employee development through project assignments and support the use and closure of methodologies.
Work on ideas and projects to eliminate NVAA (Non-Value Added Activities) and address imbalance activities
Implement Autonomous Maintenance (AM) methodology throughout the Body-in-White area, ensuring production personnel are responsible for the basic conditions of equipment and machinery.
Follow the SPW methodology.
Ensure that units do not stop in their process, preventing them from becoming outdated within the system.
Technical Knowledge
PLC, Robots, Network Communication, Office, Autocad.
Languages:
ENGLISH - No grammatical errors, but pronunciation errors
Experience: Eight Years in Body in White Areas
