Position Summary Due to the successful growth in the number of clients and corresponding increase in Treasury activities, the team is looking to recruit a Treasury Static Data and Implementation Analyst. This is a Level 3 entry level position suited to a motivated and detail oriented professional who is eager to build a career in treasury systems and operations. Prior experience in a financial institution is desirable and will be considered an advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of new structures, entities and accounts across treasury systems, supporting the cleanliness and integrity of system data, and ensuring systems are ready for operational and reporting needs. Working within a team of 13 FTE, the role requires a sharp eye for detail, quick and structured thinking, and the ability to connect complex organizational environments and system interdependencies. The candidate will regularly engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders and must be comfortable navigating that dynamic in a professional manner. The role reports to the Treasury Manager.* System implementation (40%); * Implement new structures, entities and accounts across treasury systems * Set up limits and liquidity management workbenches * Implement account connectivity across platforms * Configure account reporting to relevant stakeholders * Execute entities implementation for trading, including LEI coordination, onboarding on trading platform, linking TMS (Treasury Management System) and trade repository set-up * Data quality and system readiness (30%) * Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of TMS system data * Ensure system readiness for reporting and operational needs * Support year end data readiness to enable decommissioning of Excel trackers * Stakeholder engagement (20%); * Respond to ad-hoc and regular requests from internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner * Liaise with relevant teams including Finance, Operations, Technology, and external counterparties * Communicate implementation status, data issues and project updates clearly to relevant parties * Other & audit support (10%) * Provide assistance during internal and external audit exercises * Support automation and process enhancement initiatives including static data maintenance and quarterly EMIT/CFTC reconciliation * Perform daily operational tasks as required * Cover a second FTR withing the team, whose responsibilities center on account opening and KYC, will serve as each other's operational cover as requiredEducation & Certificates - Completed bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline. - Alternatively, HBO and/or relevant professional certificates or training in cash management or treasury operations complemented by practical experience. Professional Experience * Prior experience in a financial institution is desirable; recent graduates with relevant internship or placement experience are encouraged to apply. * Any exposure to treasury operations, cash management, or financial systems implementation is considered an advantage. * Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g. IT2) or electronic banking platforms is a plus. * Experience handling structured data or working with system configurations is beneficial.
