The Project: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment operations across North America and LATAM.
This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining our ATS and reporting systems, supporting recruiters through the hiring lifecycle, and delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and candidates. The ideal person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong ownership of administrative processes, and uphold high standards of data integrity. 
You'll Be Responsible For:
* Review data regularly to ensure compliance, completeness, and correct categorization.
* Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records in the ATS.
* Manage, update, and monitor all TA trackers (pipeline trackers, status reports, KPIs, etc.)
* Assist in the posting of jobs across platforms and ensure postings remain current and accurate.
* Maintain team folders, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency across the function.
* Ensure all job requisitions, candidate statuses, interview notes, and documentation are consistently updated.
 You'll Need To Have:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
* High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation practices.
* Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
* Advanced English or bilingual.
* Creativity and proactivity.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Flexibility and adaptability to different projects.
The estimated salary for this position is $ 1,750. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
