The Position
Technical Product Owner Voice AI Patient & Customer

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
The opportunity:
This role is based in our Voice AI ecosystem division, which is dedicated to transforming customer service experiences through cloud-native automation and conversational intelligence. We operate with a strategic, value-driven approach, bridging global product vision with local market reality during critical platform migrations. The opportunity to work across organizational boundaries and orchestrate complex integration patterns offers you an outstanding space for leadership and innovation.
* You will own the end-to-end roadmap for our Voice AI and Voicebot initiatives, defining the strategy to drive adoption while balancing global standards with local market needs.
* You will act as the primary interface for key market affiliates, proactively managing stakeholder relationships and building business cases to demonstrate the value of Voice AI.
* You will lead the product-side of platform migrations (such as moving from legacy systems to Genesys), ensuring feature parity while leveraging new ecosystem capabilities.
* You will ruthlessly prioritize the backlog based on real data and performance metrics, taking full accountability for bot performance, NLU confidence, and customer satisfaction.
* You will guide technical decisions and shape direction by leveraging your understanding of complex data ecosystems and integration patterns between Genesys, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
* You will influence outcomes and align workstreams within a lean, cross-functional matrix environment without needing direct line management authority.
Who you are:
* Experience: Demonstrated experience designing, iterating, and optimizing complex, multi-turn conversational flows, including Voice-Specific UX (VUI) design patterns (Required).
* Technical Modernization: Proven track record of leading products through telephony platform transitions or migrations, with a strong understanding of integration patterns (Required).
* Performance Management: Deep understanding of voice-specific metrics (e.g., Containment Rate, NLU Confidence, False Acceptance) to drive actionable product improvements (Required).
* Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to drive product adoption in decentralized organizations and negotiate effectively with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders (Required).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cognigy, Genesys, Dialogflow) and a solid grasp of how to train natural language models (Required).
* Competencies: A transformation-minded leader and trusted advisor who brings a coaching mindset, strong resilience, and exceptional stakeholder diplomacy.

* Salary range 14,175 to 20,250 PLN gross per month based on the employment contract.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170'100.00 PLN - 315'900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
