The Opportunity

As a Service Project / Junior Business Controller, you will act as a key finance partner to service operations across Switzerland and Germany. You will support financial steering across the full lifecycle - from planning and forecasting to project execution and performance analysis - while gaining hands-on exposure to operational and project controlling in an international environment.

You will work closely with experienced controllers, project managers, and service managers, contributing to financial transparency, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities
* Support financial management for Service units in Switzerland and Germany
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key deviations and drivers
* Contribute to project controlling activities (cost tracking, margin analysis)
* Partner with Project and Service Managers on financial and commercial topics
* Contribute to project controlling activities (cost tracking, margin analysis, risk monitoring)
* Support project reviews, including identification of risks and opportunities
* Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines and financial standards (e.g. IFRS)
* Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Your background
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* First experience in controlling, finance, or similar (internships included)
* Strong analytical mindset and interest in business operations
* Basic knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA is a plus) and strong Excel skills
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn in an international environment
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
