Job Description:

We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals at various stages of their careers. Whether you are a Junior Recruiter eager to learn or an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to share your expertise, we offer opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact within our international HR Shared Services Centre.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process
* Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS
* Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration
* Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance
* Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics
* Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation
* Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience

Qualifications:

Your profile:
* 1-3+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience
* Fluent Dutch (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and scheduling tools
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion
* Organized, dependable, and process-oriented mindset
* Collaborative, responsive, and calm under pressure
* Strong administrative and operational focus
Nice to have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
* Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment is a strong advantage
