Product Manager Core Lab (d/f/m)

Are you a highly competitive, commercially savvy individual ready to be the expert advisor for our Core Lab automation, Core assays and tender strategy? Join our Business Strategy Chapter in Lisbon. You will be instrumental in leveraging our Core Lab solutions portfolio to significantly strengthen our market position and drive substantial business impact within the Portuguese healthcare system.

The Opportunity

As the Product Manager for Core Lab Automation and Core Reagents, you will be a key expert in this area as well as a consultant for our strategic Core Lab solutions. Your main focus will be to apply your strategic and product management expertise to support our strategy, commercial activities and our tender wins within the Core Lab area.

Your key responsibilities and priorities will include:
* Automation Expertise: Serve as the solid technical expert for the Core Lab automation portfolio, leveraging both healthcare consulting and product management experience.
* Commercial Strategy Support: Apply strong commercial acumen to shape the positioning of our automation solutions in a market striving for Healthcare efficiency. Transfer your know-how into valuable customer interactions.
* Tender Consultancy: Act as the expert advisor to proactively guide and support the Core Lab Tender process with tender experience to strengthen all commercial activity and proactively support the sales team with technical expertise to win opportunities in the Core Lab customer area.
* Market Insight & Engagement: Maintain close contact with local and global relevant stakeholders to gather crucial market insights, shape our future solutions and support strategic projects.
* Product Management: Take over the active product management of a wider part of our broad CoreLab portfolio.

Who You Are

We seek a highly motivated individual contributor with a winning, competitive mindset and a strong, positive attitude who is ready to take ownership of the Core Lab Automation and Core reagents business in Portugal while embracing the beauty of strong collaboration between sales, marketing and global teams:
* Education & Experience: University degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare in a relevant field, with product management and/or sales experience, preferably within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Medical Device industry.
* Mindset & Behaviour: A winning, competitive mindset, a positive challenger with excellent composure, and a strong, positive attitude.
* Expertise: Deep expertise in the IVD business and a solid technical understanding of Core Lab Automation as well as a proven commercial acumen with strong tender experience within the IVD or healthcare sector.
* Collaboration & Communication: A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of establishing trusting, long-term relationships. Able to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively with local and international stakeholders across the internal local and global Roche network.
* Language Fluency: Fluent in both Portuguese and English for effective formal presentation and face-to-face interactions.
* Location: While we embrace a hybrid work model, proximity to the Roche office in Lisbon, Amadora, is required to ensure you can comfortably commute.
