We are looking for an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist to deliver all employee and labor relations. The main functions are:
* Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area.
* Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.
* Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.
* Identify need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.
* Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees

* Degree in Labor Sciences, Law or Diploma in Labor Relations.
* Knowledge of Portugal labor legislation.
* Computer skills: Office package, Sharepoint, Outlook, Workday
* Fluent in Portuguese and English
