About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program
Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you'll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you'll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.
Your leadership journey
Your experience is designed as a progression-starting with mastering your home market and culminating in a truly international assignment.
* Home market immersion

Who Can Apply?
We're searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:
* A Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).
* No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in English and German; additional proficiency in French is an advantage.
* Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship).
* Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
* Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
* Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
* Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
