Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system updates)
* Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
* Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
* Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support
* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data
* Assist in preparing HR reports and audits
* Support HR projects, training coordination, and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Basic understanding of HR functions and practices is preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
