The INV intern reports directly to the INV team leader, playing a key role in supporting the analysis of purchase order processes and their associated accounting treatments. By working closely with experienced professionals, the intern will gain valuable knowledge and practical experience across various accounting functions.

Job Description

* Comply with AL Policies and Values.
* Analysis of purchase orders and their accounting process.
* Keep a smooth communication process with all the team members and stakeholders.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
* Work collaboratively to meet team timelines.
* Preparing reports to track outstanding balances.
* Sustaining open and collaborative communication with local entities to resolve issues.

Welcomed Qualifications and Competencies

Education
* Students typically in their 3rd year, majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study.

Knowledge and Skills
* Some knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, docs, slides, etc).

* Interest in acquiring practical experience in accounting.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work as a team and learn quickly.

Language Requirements
* English: Intermediate - Advanced English valued.
