This position reports to:HR Operations Team Lead

Main Responsibilities
Collect, archive, and maintain employee paper and electronic files, and conduct file inventory to ensure complete and compliant information.
Optimize HR processes using AI tools
Utilize AI tools such as Abby to enhance work efficiency and assist in optimizing standardized processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
Provide other daily HR support
Report updating, document preparation, etc

Job Requirements
Undergraduate or graduate student, majoring in management or related fields is preferred.
Proficient in using Office, interested in or experienced with AI tools.
Available for internship for more than 3 days per week
