As a global leader in prestige beauty, we are looking for a highly motivated E-Merchandising Intern to support our Online & Media teams in the flawless execution of digital campaigns across our portfolio of iconic brands.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing operations within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The E-Merchandising Assistant supports the execution of day-to-day e-commerce operations across brand websites in multiple EMEA markets, contributing to the delivery of a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
The role focuses on supporting digital merchandising activities including content updates, product launches, translation coordination, site quality checks, and operational tasks to ensure that all online content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
Working closely with E-Merchandising Specialists and cross-functional teams, the position contributes to the successful execution of online activations, supports performance monitoring and reporting activities, and assists in optimizing product visibility and customer journeys to help improve key performance indicators such as engagement and conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities
E-Merchandising Operations Support
* Coordinate the execution of daily e-merchandising activities across multiple websites and markets.
* Assist in preparing briefs for website updates and content activations.
* Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content is correctly published and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Support the implementation of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations across websites.
Product Launch & Content Coordination
Coordinate the preparation and validation of content for new product launches (copy, images, URLs, and product information).
Assist in monitoring launch readiness and follow up with relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure product content is correctly displayed across markets and platforms.
Website Monitoring & Maintenance
* Conduct regular site checks to ensure pages, links, and product displays are functioning correctly.
* Identify potential issues across websites and escalate them to relevant teams.
* Support small website updates, quick fixes, and operational changes when needed.
Reporting & Operational Support
* Support preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Assist in collecting data related to site performance and merchandising activities.
* Maintain internal trackers and documentation related to launches, updates, and site checks.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience or internship in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital operations
* Strong interest in e-commerce, digital merchandising, and online retail.
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working with Excel and digital tools.
* Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English.
Nice to have
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, or other analytics tools.
* Previous experience with CMS platforms or website content management.
